WEEK 1 ... Time is already flying by!!

Recap: we arrived December 28 and on New Year's Eve welcomed several friends, displaced Californians (AKA Honorary P-Townies!), who helped us celebrate retirement and welcome in 2012.  I call the first photograph below: "Name that Dude!"

We also visited surrounding areas, taking day trips to Red Rock Canyon Park (BLM), the China Ranch Date Farm in Tecopa, and Scotty's Castle in Death Valley. Week two is just one sleep away. Stay tuned for more  from P-town!!

    Name that Dude? Eldon, Lee, Bill and Butch? Notice how retreads seem to wear the same kind of attire?
    Such a great place to retire to....I'm looking forward to keeping up with you two!!
